Join us August 17th at Old Tavern Farm as we celebrate our spirits and the opening of the Granary—our new distillery rickhouse and tasting room—with a Bourbon BBQ! Enjoy a laid-back summer evening full of flame kissed flavors at this true farm-to-table experience. 

Ram’s Valley, master purveyors of Caribbean barbecue and gourmet hot sauces (and a farmers’ market staple) will be on hand, serving up a delicious menu of whiskey wings, jerk chicken, and much more, all featuring two specialty sauces made with our bourbon! All of Ram’s ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, using only the freshest local meats and produce, and prepared over an open flame.

We’ll also be showcasing our wine and spirits with a new menu of craft cocktails, mocktails and more, so come hungry, fill your plate, and cheers to summer in Saratoga!

Featuring live music by Brittany Adams and Rooftop Park.
